When you come to the MRC web site, you are anonymous, unless you choose to provide your name, address, phone number, and email address on the Volunteer or Contribute pages. When you click on the 'Send' or 'Submit Pledge' button, your information is emailed to the MRC. For further information, see the Privacy and E-Mail section below.
MRC will treat any information you provide as confidential. It will not share your personal data with any third parties, unless such disclosure is required by law.

MRC does not use encryption when you submit information to us on the Volunteer or Contribute pages. If you need to send confidential information and are concerned about the security of a web site, then you should consider sending it by phone or by regular mail instead. Use the Printable Forms option to print out your entries for mailing. No information is transferred electronically to MRC when using these printable forms.
Minors:
The MRC web site makes no active effort to collect personal information from children under the age of 18. We believe that children who do wish to submit information to the MRC should have permission from their parent or legal guardian.
